Melody Mall, pioneer of multibrand store model, announces new partnerships. In selected stores, it will offer products of Czech e-shops Restorio, Chladné Zbraně, MK Lůžkoviny and Krmím kvalitně. Since summer, Sexshop can be found in the Prague store as well. Thus, customers have the opportunity to purchase products not only online, but also in the Melody brick-and-mortar store.

Interesting product combinations, movie replicas and book purchases

The products of the aforementioned e-shops will be available in the Melody store in Štěrboholy in Prague. An interesting feature is the expansion of the online store Restorio to Bratislava, where customers will be able to choose from a selection of already used books that look like new. Restorio also buys books, thus giving Melody customers offers a completely new service.

With the arrival of MK Lůžkoviny, the assortment in the store will expand with quality bedding, as well as curtains, towels and blankets. For the first time, a family-owned company from northern Bohemia will exhibit its products physically in Prague. “We see great potential in Melody to grow our brand. By opening a store, we will bring the products closer to customers, give them the opportunity to view and try them. I believe that through this collaboration we will also reach new customers and strengthen brand awareness,” says Jakub Kalvoda, CEO of MK Lůžkoviny.

A completely unique product offering will be taken care of by the Chladné Zbarně e-shop, which offers not only weapons, but also movie and game replicas for all fans. The offer of Krmím kvalitně from Opava will be highly appreciated by dog and cat owners.

Retail has an impact on the growth of the e-shop

During the summer months, the well-known seller of anti-stress aids Sexshop started operating in the Prague store. Although the store's assortment is really wide, customers can count on 100 % discretion when shopping in store thanks to the greater privacy of the unit.

The customer doesn't have to worry about being groped. All our salespeople are trained and can discreetly advise on the selection within each of our partners. This is one of our principles and also the reason why e-shops want to have retail with us. They don't worry about brick-and-mortar sales. At the same time, it is confirmed to us that retail really have an impact on the growth of the e-shop,” adds Verner.

His words underscore the current case study with Kulina e-shop. The seller of quality home equipment has closely followed the development of cooperation with Melody stores for the last 3 years. As it turned out, the opening of the store has an effect on e-shop conversion rate growth of 12.9%, to save costs in the order of tens of thousands within one month as well as to increase repeat purchases.
